1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Beijing Jingxiong Information Consulting Services Co., Ltd ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") concerning your access to and use of our website, mobile applications, games, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Business Cooperation Models
The Company operates through three primary business divisions, each subject to specific contractual frameworks:
- Project Proxy Operation: We provide full-lifecycle management, user acquisition, and community operations for third-party mobile applications and games. All such partnerships are governed by separate Master Service Agreements (MSA).
- Project Proxy R&D: We provide end-to-end technical research, development, and maintenance services for third-party clients. Intellectual property rights for such projects are defined within individual project contracts.
- Self-Developed Projects: These include our proprietary mobile applications and games. We manage all aspects of R&D and operations, including monetization through subscriptions, virtual items, and advertising.
3. Monetization & Payment Terms
For our self-developed projects, payments are processed exclusively through authorized platforms (Apple App Store, Google Play Store). You agree to comply with their respective payment terms. We reserve the right to modify in-app pricing and feature availability at any time.
4. Intellectual Property
All content included in our Services, such as text, graphics, logos, images, software, and source code, is the property of the Company or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
5. Prohibited Activities
Users are prohibited from: reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the source code of our Services; using automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access our Services; and engaging in any activity that disrupts or interferes with our technical infrastructure.
6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
Governing Law: These Terms and your use of the Services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Dispute Resolution: In the event of any controversy, claim, or dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through amicable negotiations. If such negotiations fail:
- Any dispute shall be submitted to the Beijing Arbitration Commission (BAC) for arbitration in accordance with its rules in effect at the time of application.
- The arbitration shall take place in Beijing, China. The language of arbitration shall be Chinese.
- The arbitral award is final and binding upon both parties.
7. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
